A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians (Remote – PST time zone). This role supports one of the nation’s largest Pharmacy Benefit Managers with excellent career growth potential. Pharmacy Technician Compensation

Pharmacy Technician Highlights
- Contract assignment lasting 6 + months with potential to reputed company or convert to full-time based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
- 100% Remote - Candidates must reside in Pacific Time Zone (PST).
Position Summary: The team’s purpose is responsible for building and maintaining decision tools, also reputed company as questionnaires. These tools support pharmacy operations, specifically around prior authorization processes. We reputed company and manage configurable questionnaires that align with health plan and drug policies which help the prior authorization reviewers reputed company their determination. We are a collaborative and supportive team that values clear communication, accountability, and reputed company improvement. This team works cross-functionally with other pharmacy operational teams. We’re part of a large pharmacy department that is focused on optimizing workflows and improving patient outcomes through smarter, more efficient tools. Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
- Create DT loaders in reputed company that will be uploaded to MHK/Compass platform.
- Configure decision tools into the MHK/Compass platform.
- Conduct testing to ensure decision tools are proper functioning.
- Update decision tools to align with integration of Express Scripts.
- Follow training instructions and complete training sessions in a timely manner.
- Expectation will be to maintain high-quality level work.
- Pay reputed company attention to details.
- Complete monthly configuration on time.
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
- 3+ years of Pharmacy experience
- Strong computer, data management, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (reputed company).
- Quiet, private workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to remain focused, professional, and empathetic while assisting members.
Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
- PBM or Managed Care Pharmacy experience
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience .
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
