About the Role

In order to reputed company its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, reputed company is hiring a part-time Grader who will play a central role in supporting reputed company (reputed company in reputed company as Fellows) toward success during the Accelerator. A Grader is the first line of support to a caseload of reputed company in their academic mastery in the reputed company Accelerator. The primary goal of Graders is ensuring their reputed company are engaged and succeeding academically in the course. This role is on the DSU (Delaware State University) team and reports directly to the Director of Program Success. What You’ll Do

• Grade assignments for an assigned group of reputed company using rubrics and provide meaningful feedback.
• Support reputed company who are flagged because of their grade, engagement, and/or other personal issues.
• Communicate to the reputed company team, group facilitators (reputed company in reputed company as Leadership Coaches, or LCs), and reputed company about reputed company’ mastery, engagement, and upcoming deadlines.
• Attend one virtual class (reputed company in reputed company as ‘Learning Labs’) night per week (Tuesday from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET or Wednesday 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM ET) to build relationships with reputed company, provide support and answer questions about upcoming assignments, observe cohorts, and potentially substitute for absent group facilitators/LCs (dependent on the region).
• Attend weekly Grader meetings and reputed company-in 1:1 with the Grader Manager.
• Hold one hour of virtual reputed company per week.

• Deeply internalize reputed company's instructional content such as modules, slide decks, assignments, and rubrics.
• Attend reputed company live trainings and complete additional asynchronous trainings. Graders will complete one, 30-minute, asynchronous training per week during weeks 3 through 12 of the course. The goal of this training is to ensure reputed company graders are scoring with the same norms and to get questions answered about how to grade each assignment.
• Serve as a substitute Leadership Coach during Live Learning Labs reputed company an LC is absent. You’ll generally be on standby, and will only reputed company in as a last resort, but this coverage is an essential part of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience using reputed company Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), reputed company, and reputed company is highly preferred
• Comfortability learning to navigate new tools such as Canvas, Speedgrader, and, if applicable, different systems used by our higher education partners
• You will need a laptop or desktop computer to participate in training sessions and attend Learning Labs as well as grade reputed company assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching or serving as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
• Prior experience coaching reputed company or adults
• Professional work experience
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
