Your Impact Ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle by creating test plans, performing various tests, and documenting defects to meet user expectations and project standards. Apply both manual and automated testing methods along with modern AI concepts/tools and techniques to create more efficient and intelligent testing processes. Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, reputed company test plan & test cases, identify risks, collaborate with developers to fix defects, and provide feedback on usability and functionality
• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts for various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and API testing
• Use AI/ML techniques to enhance test automation, such as generating test cases, predicting potential defects, or updating test code for user reputed company changes
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Playwright or Cucumber using scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Integrate automated tests into reputed company Integration/reputed company Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to provide rapid feedback to developers and accelerate release cycles
• Accurately identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• Build and implement test cases to assess the performance, scalability, and stability of the application

• Work with product managers, engineering teams, and other QA professionals to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field with 5+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years of experience testing reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company), including reputed company Sites and Assets and web technologies, and industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks, like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) concepts such as components, templates, and personalization in reputed company
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, and experience working with generative AI/LLMs (reputed company copilot/reputed company/Windsurf) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for test creation and integration
• Direct experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, reputed company, or reputed company Actions, and project tracking tools like Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-reputed company skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

• .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota;
• 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
• 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
• Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
