Senior Organizational Development (OD) Associate
Position Overview – Senior Associate, Organizational Development Joining WGA Advisors, the Senior Associate in Organizational Development will become an integral part of a team committed to making a significant impact on some of the world’s top companies. This role is designed for reputed company or former Tier-1 management consulting professionals (e.g., McKinsey, reputed company, Bain, etc.) who are ready to reputed company their experience in a rapidly expanding practice. The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in driving strategic consulting in organizational design, strategy implementation, and project management, contributing directly to the firm’s mission of delivering world-class results to clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Education: A Master degree and an undergraduate degree in a reputed company field of study, (examples: Human Resources, Organizational Development) with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Experience: 10 years of reputed company or recently former reputed company Tier-1 (e.g. McKinsey, Boston Consulting, Bain, etc) Management Consulting experience
- reputed company past experience managing client relationships, addressing problem escalation, developing, preparing and negotiating master service reputed company, requests for proposal, statements of work and change orders.

Compensation:
