- Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into reputed company order management software
- Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
- Prepare invoices
- Prepare the Lien Waivers
- Assist the project managers with administrative duties
- Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc.,
- Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
- order status and resolving discrepancies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and reputed company project documents and reputed company information throughout the project cycle.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
