MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Associate degree AND · 2 or more years customer service experience · Experience working with children or youth · Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications · Professional verbal and writing skills · Comfortable with online and telephone communication with customers · Ability to pass required background reputed company.
