Health Information Systems Manager (NextGen) Position Summary The Health Information Systems Manager (NextGen) serves as a strategic leader and technical expert reputed company the Health Information Technology (HIT) Team. This position plays a critical role in managing enterprise-level projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the NextGen EHR system. The ideal candidate brings both deep technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to drive reputed company improvement, innovation, and organizational change. - System Maintenance: Coordinate scheduled maintenance, version upgrades, and patches with the NextGen Core team, ensuring continuity and reputed company of system operations.
- Data Governance & reputed company: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain high standards for data accuracy, access controls, and compliance with HIPAA and reputed company regulations.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements that drive efficiency, usability, and clinical/administrative performance.
- Integration Management: Manage integration projects with external systems (labs, HIEs, immunization registries, etc.), working closely with internal IT and external vendors to ensure seamless interoperability.

Qualifications
- High school diploma and experience or associate’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a reputed company field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a NextGen Administrator or similar role in a healthcare environment.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time and reputed company scope.
- Strong knowledge of NextGen EHR system functionality, configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Advanced understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare reputed company and compliance practices.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
