The Director reports directly to the President of DPS and partners closely with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams reputed company Operations to deliver integrated solutions to business challenges. This role is responsible for the entire life cycle of the company’s people strategy. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, HR, or reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, project management, or business administration.
- Experience leading HR or administrative teams reputed company a reputed company business unit or division preferred.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving data-informed decisions.
