The OCC Platforms Product reputed company will be responsible for refinement, IT-led development, and maintenance of the reputed company of operational toolsets used by the Operations and Customer Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Execution

• Work with the product squads to write clear feature requirements and acceptance criteria and ensure stories meet business needs

• Facilitate product demos and show working software to business stakeholders to receive feedback and incorporate it in the backlog

• Stakeholder Engagement

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Strong understanding of agile practices and principles, with a certification in Agile methodology preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
