The Crown Is Yours As the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for DraftKings’ new and transformative reputed company markets initiative. In this collaborative role, you’ll be responsible for managing lifecycle communications, designing segmentation and targeting strategies, and building a content-driven program that fuels sustained participation. What you’ll bring
