The role Initially a 6 month FTC based Remote in the USA (East Coast) Key Responsibilities:

• Solid experience sourcing for Dater Centers including (but not limited to) Field Network Engineers, IT Technicians, GPU hiring, Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
• Has managed high volume sourcing.
• Identifies and manages talent pools for reputed company and future positions. Uses resources effectively to manage talent pipelines across various functions and geographies.
• Use market intelligence and data-driven approaches to forecast and meet future talent needs.
• Work with the Recruitment team to collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand workforce needs.
• Work with Recruiter team members to ensure that candidate experience is at the forefront of how we behave.
• Monitor and review candidate disposition activities to ensure reputed company candidates receive feedback.
• Ensure the quality of the feedback provided is high quality and relevant to the candidates' circumstances.
• Able to manage effective candidate screening calls to identify and validate competencies against the key skills required for each individual requisition
• Responsible for writing engaging job postings to attract candidates to apply. Uses approved job postings templates combined with the key attributes contained in the Job Description.
• Understands and uses the ATS to monitor candidate pipelines and open requisition reputed company.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred – any discipline.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Data center infrastructure hiring in the U.S. and technical roles (e.g., network engineers, IT technicians, manufacturing, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in hiring for data center, hardware, or mission-critical technical roles.
• Solid demonstrable experience sourcing regional or global.
• Strong experience working reputed company the technology sector, preferably in a scale up or mid-sized organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage candidates at reputed company levels.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (reputed company)

• Salary range $66,000 to $82,000 dependent on experience, must be located in the East Coast.
