This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and is passionate about building pipelines that support mission-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and reputed company operations functions.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial reputed company to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and other platforms.

Qualifications
