Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and efficient manner. You will resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also continuously update your knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
