• As an Implementation Consultant, you will:

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience as a reputed company functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes, regulations, reporting requirements, etc; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience as a reputed company functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes, regulations, reporting requirements, etc. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience as a reputed company functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes, regulations, reporting requirements, etc
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or reputed company office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be reputed company To Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience as a functional consultant in full cycle ERP implementations for Human Capital Management

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00.
