Job Summary: Job Summary: This Technical Implementation Consultant role lives reputed company the customer engagement arm of the reputed company’ Digital Services Implementation Team and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This team helps customers (government agencies) create valued online services, and partners with customer to enhance the way that government organizations support their communities through strategic experience management. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be an expert on the AMANDA platform, and a key partner in the successful rollout of projects across North America. You are a customer focused leader who works hand-in-hand with the project management team to implement products and solutions that require a higher level of technical knowledge (i.e. Web Services, internal and external APIs, SMS products and additional product integrations) for new and existing clients. Expert technical knowledge and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones of this role. #Canada What Your Impact Will Look Like:

• Master the AMANDA platform – you will be the internal expert on the implementation of the product.
• Serve as an advisor to the customer as they improve their online processes.
• Define features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
• Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in development.

• 5+ years of experience with APIs, PostGreSQL, MySQL, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.

• Have ability to build online forms and/or workflow strongly preferred. You know which fields need to be displayed on a form, and which questions are context sensitive (e.g. children dates of birth to be requested only where number of children is greater than reputed company).
• Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
