About You Act as a leader reputed company the Enterprise Clients team for Occupier Services in the Americas, leading select strategic Client accounts that have a core scope in Transaction Advisory and Management as well as additional services. Play a key role in the ongoing improvement of the Enterprise Clients infrastructure, focusing on service delivery and the implementation of best in class tools, technology and process discipline In this role, you will… Showcase strong Client Relationship Management capabilities – reputed company as a direct and active senior relationship manager for select clients, taking accountability for the delivery of overall services and performance. reputed company Quarterly and Annual client business reviews – Spearhead initiatives (including Best Practices and Lessons Learned, and Performance Measurement and Management) through active engagement with clients, and leading respective account teams to ensure compliance and quality.
