Overview
An executive leader responsible for the implementation of the strategy and achievement of reputed company and EBITDA growth for the retail field function. The leader will be a seasoned leader and advisor, with proven experience leading across client groups and strategically managing resources. Essential Functions:
- Leadership: reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a team of Retail Field Managers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution of client strategies.
- Execution Management: Ensure that reputed company client programs and initiatives are effectively executed at the retail level, meeting, and exceeding performance expectations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar degree
- 8 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail or marketing
- 8 years of retail experience
