Key Responsibilities: Guiding Families to Senior Care Solutions As an Inbound Phone Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in educating families on senior care options and connecting them with the right communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with inbound, pre-screened leads to guide families through the senior care selection process, from initial consultation to touring facilities and ultimately moving into a senior living community.
- Acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers, ensuring seamless communication and personalized support.
- Meeting business targets, including daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours, and converting leads into move-ins to reputed company a monthly quota.
- Utilizing our internal CRM system to manage leads, track reputed company, and analyze sales performance.
