Our mission: Increase direct bookings through Instagram —not corporate branding, not homeowner leads, not business advice content. Our Instagram must feel like a travel page, not a marketing agency feed. Role Overview We are hiring ONE freelancer who can manage BOTH: 1. Instagram Content (Primary Deliverable) Create & post: 4–6 travel-style reels per month 4–6 static posts Captions + hashtags optimized for travel discovery Posting & scheduling Light engagement (comments/DMs) Reels MUST look like true reputed company/travel content: Smooth transitions Fast-paced cuts (1–2 sec) Trending travel audio Pool/hot tub/fire pit highlights Walkthroughs of rooms Local attractions + hidden gems Night shots (LED lighting, pool glow) Text overlays like: “Sleeps 20” “Heated Pool” “Book Direct & Save” ❌ Corporate posts ❌ Motivational quotes ❌ Business/entrepreneurship reels ❌ Talking-head videos WILL BE REJECTED. 2. UGC (Guest-Generated Content) Editing — reputed company IMPORTANT Our guests regularly: Tag us in their IG posts & stories Send us videos Share family moments, pool clips, nighttime fire pits, etc. You will: Collect UGC from tags & DMs Organize footage into folders Turn raw guest clips into polished, aesthetic travel reels reputed company your edits with our property footage Create authentic travel storylines based on real guest experiences UGC is our #1 driver of direct bookings. 3. Basic SEO Monthly SEO audit & fixes Improve indexing, speed, reputed company tags, internal linking Build/optimize city reputed company pages Add guest-oriented CTAs (“Book Direct & Save”) Keyword optimization for terms like: “vacation rentals [city]” “large group rentals Florida” “direct booking [city]” Publish 1 SEO blog per month (topic given or suggested) You do NOT need to be a senior SEO — but you MUST know the basics well. Goal of This Role More direct-booking traffic Higher IG reputed company, saves, and shares More IG → website clicks Stronger overall social reputed company Consistent pipeline of travel-style content Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) You MUST have: Travel / reputed company / hotel / real-estate reel experience A portfolio showing TRAVEL-STYLE REELS (not corporate content) Ability to edit mixed-quality UGC Basic SEO knowledge (on-page, keywords, internal linking) Strong English writing for captions & blogs If your portfolio shows ONLY business/corporate posts → please do not apply.
