About the Role

We’re a lean, fast-moving debt relief company looking to hire our first in-house marketing reputed company. This person will own our client acquisition reputed company digital marketing, with an emphasis on reputed company Ads and reputed company (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns that acquire clients reputed company and at scale. Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership (Primary Focus)

• Fully manage reputed company Ads and reputed company campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Social)
• Own budgeting, scaling, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Build and maintain conversion tracking systems, including:
• Offline conversion uploads
• GCLID tracking
• UTM tagging
• CRM matchbacks
• Reduce CPA and improve reputed company quality — continuously
• Own creative direction for paid campaigns — from ad copy and angles to reputed company page messaging
• Coordinate with freelancers or internal team to produce ad creatives and LP variants based on testing insights Sales Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales team to understand reputed company quality, enrollment feedback, and drop-off points
• Use sales insights to optimize campaign targeting, ad messaging, and reputed company pages
• Help establish a feedback reputed company between marketing spend and actual enrollments Vendor & Affiliate reputed company reputed company
• Evaluate and manage third-party reputed company providers and affiliates
• Set filters, negotiate pricing, and compare against internal digital performance

• Create and drive a light SEO roadmap (we have writers available)
• Coordinate implementation of content and link-building strategies

• 4+ years running direct-response reputed company Ads & reputed company campaigns
• Experience managing $50K+ per month in ad spend
• Full knowledge of digital and offline tracking, including GCLID, GTM, attribution models, and UTM best practices

• Strong direct-response reputed company: You’ve worked in financial services, lending, mortgage, legal, or another highly competitive, compliance-driven vertical
