We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager (part-time, 2–3 days per week) to lead our next chapter of growth. This person will drive high-value partnerships across schools, banks, councils, corporates, and family-focused organisations. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, confident with senior stakeholders, and experienced in securing meaningful collaborations. This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and leverages AI to streamline work and maximise output. You’ll represent Trybe externally, develop partnership proposals, deliver compelling pitches, manage pipelines, and turn warm interest into signed agreements. We’re looking for a mature operator who understands the mission — reducing the mental load on parents and helping families raise confident, financially literate children — and wants to step into a company that’s already built and ready to scale. This is not a junior role. This is not exploratory. This is not “help us build from scratch.” This is step into a moving train and help us accelerate. You will expand our partnerships across: banks schools councils family-focused organisations corporates networks wellbeing platforms education + money spaces Your influence will directly feed into Trybe’s growth, revenue, and valuation — aligned with our 5-year exit strategy.

Responsibilities

Strategic Expansion Build and own the next phase of Trybe’s partnership ecosystem Identify organisations aligned with our mission and momentum Develop commercial partnership proposals and pilots Execute a pipeline that drives measurable growth Execution & Delivery Lead high-level outreach Deliver compelling pitches that land Drive conversations toward signed agreements Represent Trybe confidently in meetings, events, and boardrooms AI-Optimised Workflow Use AI + automations to: streamline outreach build decks + proposals manage CRM + pipelines research potential partners prepare reports + insights automate follow-ups We expect strategic thinking and smart, modern execution. Stakeholder Leadership Build long-term relationships with institutions and organisations Maintain warm touchpoints and momentum Influence decision-makers across sectors Act as a trusted commercial face for Trybe Who You Are You’re someone who has already operated at a senior level.
