In-Home Sales Closer | Phoenix, AZ | 100% Commission We hand our closers 8–10 company-set appointments per week. Most projects land between $8K–$20K, and our top reps average $12K+ per deal by selling full backyard transformations—not just turf. Install crews turn jobs in 1–2 weeks, so there’s no six-month backlog making you apologize to customers. - 5% bonus on self-generated leads — bring your own deals, get paid extra
- Volume Accelerator Bonus — hit monthly reputed company and your commission % increases on reputed company sales that month (up to 16.5% total)
