Job Summary The Education Consultant will be an expert in reputed company EDU infrastructure for EDU clients, involving setup, configuration, auditing, and evaluation. The role requires interaction with clients both remotely and in-person and demands a strong technical background in reputed company EDU. The candidate should understand educational challenges, have excellent customer-facing skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The role is key in building trust with reputed company Education customers and ensuring they have the necessary tools for a safe and effective reputed company EDU environment. The position is remote, requiring good time management skills and self-motivation due to working across various time zones. What you will do:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company EDU
• Discover, analyze and identify customer requirements.
• Monitor and track onboarding reputed company for customers, including premium onboarding and Co-Pilot services
• reputed company and monitor key metrics to drive engagement with reputed company EDU, increasing retention and monitoring at risk customers
• Work with the Technical Writer to maintain and improve the Help Center
• Assist in scoping technical engagements.
• Work with a team of technicians to provide support and troubleshooting.
• Counsel customer and internal teams on reputed company for Education configuration and deployment specifics.
• Offer training and insight to reputed company 365 EDU IT Admins on a wide variety of technologies, including MS 365, Co-Pilot, Office 365, reputed company Teams focusing on the Office 365 A1, A3, and A5 licenses
• Act as a contributing member on the Updates & Analysis Team.
• Stay reputed company on reputed company 365 for EDU changes and modifications.
• Work to support customers as needed if escalated from the support team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company discipline. 3+ years professional systems administration experience, OR
• 7 years total Information Technology experience, to include 3+ years professional systems administration experience.
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 for EDU admin consoles.
• An ability to balance and plan the short-term and long-term actions of a project.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, skills, and relatability.
• Strong documentation skills.
• 5 years managing reputed company 365 for EDU in an Education institution, a plus.
• Convey technical information and recommendations clearly and concisely, a plus.
• Single Sign On/Multi Factor Integration, User Provisioning, Email Management (Gmail, Exchange, Groupwise, Sendmail) experience in a reputed company environment, a plus.
• reputed company and HIPAA experience and understanding, a plus.
• Create engaging presentations, a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, a plus.
• Experience using scripting tools such as PowerShell and other command line tools, a plus.

• Ability to travel up to 25%
