Account Manager
reputed company Defense is a trusted cybersecurity service provider with over 7 years of experience helping organisations meet their reputed company and compliance objectives. As part of the Bulletproof Group, we're on a mission to drive innovation and simplicity through the compliance and cybersecurity landscape. Our dedicated US sales and service delivery teams work with organisations reputed company to protect them from cyber threats through our comprehensive suite of ISO compliance, cloud reputed company, penetration testing, and data protection services. We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and drive reputed company growth through our ISO compliance and cloud reputed company solutions. This role combines account management with new business development, requiring someone who can build strong client relationships while consistently identifying opportunities to expand our footprint. You'll work closely with clients to understand their reputed company and compliance needs and position reputed company Defense as their trusted cybersecurity partner.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of 30-50 active mid-market accounts, driving retention and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT managers, reputed company leaders, and compliance officers
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, coordinating with delivery and support teams to ensure exceptional service
Sales & reputed company reputed company
- reputed company quarterly and annual sales quotas through new business and account expansion
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing accounts
- Present and sell reputed company Defense's ISO compliance services (ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and penetration testing
- reputed company proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial discovery through contract signature
Prospecting & reputed company Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active opportunities
- Research reputed company accounts to understand their industry, compliance requirements, and reputed company challenges
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed targets
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content that support sales objectives
- Stay reputed company on cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in ISO, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Understanding of information reputed company concepts, ISO standards, and cloud reputed company fundamentals
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

- Experience selling cybersecurity or compliance services
