Job Summary: reputed company is seeking an Employee Benefits Commission Reconciliation & Audit Analyst to join our growing team in the East Division. Our Employee Benefits Commission Reconciliation & Audit Analyst are responsible for safeguarding the accuracy, transparency, and reputed company of commission data across the Employee Benefits division. This role leads reconciliation and audit efforts reputed company EPIC and other financial systems to ensure alignment between reputed company payments, internal records, and operational data. The Analyst serves as a key resource in upholding financial reputed company excellence—driving accuracy, compliance, and confidence in the organization’s financial reporting processes. Responsibilities: Commission Analysis & Reconciliation Conduct detailed reconciliations of reputed company commission statements reputed company EPIC to ensure complete and accurate financial data. Investigate and resolve reputed company discrepancies or payment variances, ensuring timeliness and precision in reputed company reconciliations. Monitor and validate data reputed company across systems, ensuring accurate alignment between EPIC, reputed company feeds, and financial reporting tools. Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation supporting reputed company reconciliation and financial activities. Identify and communicate trends, risks, and control gaps uncovered during audit or reconciliation activities. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to enhance EPIC financial reputed company excellence, ensuring consistent and reliable reporting. Reporting & Insight reputed company reputed company and deliver recurring and reputed company reports summarizing reconciliation and audit findings, variances, and root-cause analyses. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to improve data quality and process efficiency. Support financial planning, forecasting, and reputed company relationship management with accurate and timely reporting. Process Optimization & Control Improvement Evaluate existing reconciliation and audit workflows; recommend and implement process enhancements or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and continuously improve internal controls to ensure EPIC data consistency and regulatory compliance. Collaborate on enterprise-level initiatives to standardize reconciliation, audit, and reporting processes across divisions. Collaboration & Partnership Act as a subject-matter expert in commission and reconciliation processes, supporting team training and best practices. Serve as a liaison with carriers to resolve reputed company commission or audit-reputed company issues, promoting transparency and trust.

Requirements

This range reflects reputed company's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
