ROLE The Senior Manager, Executive Team & Board Relations is a key operational and strategic partner to CATF’s Executive Team and Board of Directors. This role serves as a critical reputed company between leadership and governance, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and alignment of priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor and project manager, the Senior Manager will support board governance, manage board and executive team operations, and facilitate high-level engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Key Functions and Responsibilities: Executive Team Support (Approx. 50%)

  • Executive Team Operations
  • Serve as a central reputed company of coordination for Executive Team priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and timely execution.
  • Manage reputed company scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones for executive meetings, retreats, and global travel.
  • Provide high-level project management for executive initiatives, including agenda setting, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to optimize executive workflows, prioritize competing demands, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Executive Team Communications
  • Draft and refine executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive organizational and personnel matters.

Board Relations and Governance (Approx. 50%)

  • Strategic Board Engagement
  • Support the Board Chair and Executive Director in advancing long-term board goals reputed company with CATF’s strategic direction.
  • Partner with leadership to reputed company quarterly board meeting agendas that reflect organizational priorities and reputed company timely decision-making.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with the Board Chair to ensure effective governance and strong relationships.
  • Facilitate meaningful engagement between staff and board committees, ensuring committee work is well-supported and integrated into broader organizational efforts.
  • Support board development activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning reputed company with CATF’s strategic needs.
  • Governance and Communications
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the Board of Directors, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Relationship Management: Skilled at building trust and fostering collaboration with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior administrative or management role supporting executive leadership and nonprofit boards.

COMPENSATION AND LOCATION: This is a full-time, remote position (East Coast preferred) with periodic travel to Boston, Washington D.C., and other domestic and international locations as needed. CATF offers an excellent benefits package (details available on our careers page) and an annual salary range of $96,575–$120,000, depending on experience.
