Job Title: Business Analyst - IT Systems & Solution Architecture (Public Pension Domain) Location: US (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of IT systems and solution architecture to support digital transformation initiatives in the Public Pension domain. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to pension administration systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that align with public pension regulations, data reputed company standards, and legacy system integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, APIs, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with pension administration systems (PAS), eligibility, contributions, benefits, and actuarial data.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in public pension programs.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based pension platforms or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certifications such as CPC, DB-A,
• The annual salary for this position is between $111,000 - $156,000 Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
