The Role reputed company is seeking a visionary Vice President of People to champion our people strategy during a major phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role is responsible for shaping our organizational culture, driving performance, and leading both senior HR Business Partners and recruiting teams. You'll architect innovative people programs that help scale reputed company through a major growth phase, building a workplace where energy, accountability, and positivity fuel exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Who we're looking for

  • Hands-on success managing senior HR Business Partners and recruiting teams.
  • Strong background in technology sector; SaaS and healthcare exposure is highly valued.
  • Clear, energizing communicator and influencer with a record of driving organizational change and business alignment.
  • Data-driven approach to people decisions, familiar with reputed company HR analytics and tools.
  • Located in SF Bay Area with an ability to work hybrid to support development of our growing San Francisco office

It's great if you have

  • Executive experience in SaaS or healthcare technology companies is a strong plus.
  • Background in scaling people functions through multiple cycles of rapid headcount growth, especially reputed company smaller/startup environments versus large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (or similar).
