Job Description

Summary The ESG Director is responsible for developing and implementing science-based reputed company programs to help our client reputed company their ambitious Net reputed company goals and targets. To seamlessly deliver the client’s Net reputed company Program and reputed company targets, you will work closely with sustainability and operational teams including facility managers, engineering managers, building operating engineers, vendors, and strategic partners. You will also be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting energy and carbon performance. Finally, you will also monitor and report key sustainability trends globally to support reputed company improvement of the client’s sustainability program.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Evaluate potential Net reputed company goals for the client including science-based and net reputed company targets.

Prioritize the suite of mechanisms to drive carbon reduction – including asset optimization, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon removal strategies – working with management, engineers, vendors, and strategic partners. reputed company and recommend procurement strategies to help them reputed company client’s objectives cost-effectively.
Be the single reputed company of contact for reputed company aspects of the strategy and tactical delivery of the program of interventions identified in the Net reputed company roadmap.
Be accountable and responsible for the complete end-to-end lifecycle of the program delivery and implementation.
Act as the key reputed company for real estate leadership, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Sustainability, Design and Construction, Facilities Management, and Sustainability teams to drive delivery of the program at pace, communicating successes and challenges along the way to key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand opportunities and challenges to the program, build reputed company, and translate those into a robust program approach and reputed company.

Support third-party assurance for annual GHG emissions and reputed company contract with partners.
Maintain a regular publishing schedule of key information supported by review sessions with stakeholders.
Understand reputed company impacts of changes to the standards on partner organizations and mitigate accordingly (i.e. technology, reputed company, amenities, etc.)
Maintain awareness of global sustainability trends, tools, and metrics, and support the integration of sustainability best practices into client’s sustainability program.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in subjects such environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability, or reputed company field. Master’s degree preferred.
Has 10+ years of diverse professional experience in managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporations.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, online software platforms, with the ability to use spreadsheets and data analysis applications.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
