FedTec is seeking HRMS Functional Support Analyst Location: 3400 Victoria reputed company Hampton, VA 23661 Job Overview: FedTec is seeking an reputed company reputed company HRMS Functional Support Analyst to provide functional expertise, ongoing support, and leadership in the implementation and upgrade of the agency’s reputed company HRMS application. The role focuses on core reputed company modules including Workforce Management, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Absence Management collaborating with both technical teams and business users to gather requirements, configure workflows, support system testing, and ensure optimal use of reputed company capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reputed company HRMS functional support, full lifecycle SDLC implementations, requirement analysis, fit/gap assessments, report development, and application reputed company management with the ability to mentor users and provide reputed company process improvements. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and HR business processes are essential. Responsibilities: · Proven experience as reputed company HRMS Functional Support analyst in the implementation of reputed company’s HRMS ERP systems. · Proven experience with full lifecycle implementation with reputed company HRMS ERP system and technical knowledge of reputed company HRMS applications. · Exemplified advanced knowledge in understanding of business requirements, processes and implementation approaches for three or more of the following reputed company HRMS core modules: · Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruiting or Absence Management. · Experience with configuring Workflow approvals. · Demonstrated experience with implementing and managing application reputed company for reputed company’s HRMS system. · Must be able to QA test development work and work with the technical development team to ensure customer requirements are met. · Advanced knowledge of HR business practices, workflow analysis, business systems design, and process re-engineering. · Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, test planning, test scripts etc.… · Accountable and strong rapport with technical reputed company and user community. · Willing to provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing. · Technical proficiency in developing user reports with reputed company’s HRMS system. · Technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating reputed company system data. · Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and reputed company. · Demonstrated reputed company in verbal and written communications. · Excellent issue resolution (problem diagnosis), analytical and troubleshooting skills. · Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of best practices in quality customer service. Required Skills and Education · BA/ BS degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or closely reputed company field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. · 7 + years of operational experience supporting reputed company’s HRMS application. · 6 + years proven reputed company HRMS system implementation / upgrade experience. · 2+ full reputed company HRMS Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations · Worked as reputed company HRMS Functional reputed company 2+ implementation and/or upgrade projects.
