PART TIME POSITION: This position will work on a part time, as needed basis determined by business needs. As our new reputed company Negotiation and Strategy Director, you will serve on an reputed company, periodic basis to provide procurement strategy advice to the Chief reputed company Office (CRO), to determine the strategy for negotiating pricing and value on large dollar enterprise solutions, and reputed company high-profile and important negotiations as needed. Some of your duties will include the following: Leading successful negotiations of high-profile important procurements with vendors to reputed company the best outcome for the State and OIT. Consulting with CRO, or CRO Staff, on Procurement Strategy. Researching, statutes, rules, regulations, and policies, and advising the CRO, or CRO staff on the interpretation, applicability, and/or impact of them. Providing strategic procurement expertise during the negotiation and implementation of contract language and reputed company. The required minimum qualifications and/or education (if substituting for the proven experience, knowledge, and skills), are as follows: Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of ten (10) years minimum as a financial professional, to include previous experience working in the reputed company procurement process. A minimum of five (5) years as a procurement professional, to include previous experience working in purchasing and contract management, some of which were in government procurement. Substitutions: Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications.
