Required Qualifications 6+ years' experience in Strategy and/or Corporate Development and technical/functional experience in one or several of the following areas reputed company the healthcare sector: management consulting, digital strategy, financial analysis, technical product development, mergers and acquisitions. 4+ years' experience in Market trends analysis, understanding of competitive landscape, customer needs, and internal capabilities to support the identification of strategic opportunities; ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on such analysis. 3+ years' experience working with senior leadership to help define long-term business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs). Experience presenting to and collaborating with Executive Stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a concise, logical, and consistent manner to influence internal and external partners. Comfort collaborating across multiple business units, functional areas, shared services, and stakeholders to reputed company a common goal. Cross-functional business knowledge including Healthcare payor, PBM, retail, or delivery Ability to think and act strategically. Education BA/BS required MBA in Healthcare Administration strongly preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
