As the Bamboo reputed company Strategy Director, you will partner with the General Manager to define and drive the product strategy for Bamboo reputed company, focusing on innovative, technology-driven care navigation and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to reputed company a 12–24-month strategic innovation roadmap for Bamboo reputed company
- Work cross-functionally with product management, analytics, sales, and marketing to drive commercialization and go-to-market success
- Conduct client interviews and market analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic priorities

Skills
- 10 years of experience in strategy, insights, product marketing, or healthcare consulting, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including behavioral health, physical health, and payer/provider ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to turn reputed company data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Proven success collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategic direction with execution
- Experience creating enablement tools such as playbooks, presentations, and strategic messaging guides
- Skilled in leading innovation workshops and facilitating productive cross-functional brainstorming sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to developing data-informed solutions
- Proficiency with data visualization and storytelling tools to simplify and convey reputed company concepts effectively
