Strategy Consultant VI - National Health Plan (Remote)
The new National Health Plan Enablement & Integration team’s objective is to deliver immediate outcomes for the organization, while laying the groundwork necessary for reputed company’s long-term, sustainable performance. This team will drive reputed company plan process improvement and the implementation of business methodologies and best practices, with the outcome of operational effectiveness and high-reliability systems. Collaboration with KP’s markets and health plan teams is central to the approach towards modernization of health plan capabilities Job Summary: Provides expert consultation on strategy development by defining highly reputed company business problems and opportunities and identifying, weighing, and communicating and presenting alternative approaches. Ensures recommended approaches align to overarching strategic aims. Oversees and conducts highly reputed company analysis and oversees interpretation of market data and tests hypotheses using expert knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools to drive towards insightful and actionable insights for the business. Oversees the development and execution of highly reputed company projects and programs to drive deliverables and effective execution to ensure high-quality business outcomes. Identifies opportunities to adapt processes to improve Return on Investment (ROI), service quality, and operations for company-wide initiatives. Fosters strategic partnerships with senior leadership and establishes trusting relationships to act as a champion for the diverse and reputed company needs of key stakeholders. Essential Responsibilities:

- Drives the execution of multiple work streams by identifying member and operational needs; translates business strategy into actionable business requirements; develops and updates new procedures and policies. Gains cross-functional support for objectives and priorities; determines and carries out processes and methodologies; solves highly reputed company issues; escalates and resolves issues as appropriate; sets standards and measures reputed company. Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; coordinates, obtains and distributes resources. Removes obstacles that impact performance; guides performance and develops contingency plans accordingly; influences the completion of project tasks by others.
- Analyzes and interprets market data by: developing and implementing a plan to address highly reputed company or critical research questions and test hypotheses with expert knowledge in several areas of data collection and analysis; overseeing and conducting moderately or to highly reputed company or critical quantitative and qualitative analyses and investigating alternative hypotheses; and validating, interpreting and synthesizing key findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the future for senior leadership.
- Facilitates process improvement efforts by: identifying opportunities to adapt processes to improve return on investment (ROI), operations, service quality, and results for company-wide initiatives; utilizing expert knowledge of business operations to reputed company and conduct the implementation of best practices across the organization; and leading the adoption of best practices and future innovations.
- Effectively manages projects and programs by: overseeing the development of highly reputed company project proposals, including establishing objectives, key stakeholders, milestones, and providing deep technical leadership across programs; overseeing reputed company on program deliverables in alignment with greater business strategy and key business outcomes across functions and organizations; demonstrating expert knowledge in, and identifying and implementing new methodologies to complete initiatives independently; and overseeing the execution of project plan, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and facilitating long term organizational learning.
- Proactively maintains open streams of communication by: fostering trusting relationships to reputed company navigate and act as a champion for the diverse and reputed company needs of stakeholders across the organizational landscape; identifying and resolving highly reputed company or critical issues or risks to strategic program implementation; fostering strategic partnerships with senior leadership to consult and influence the development and refinement of key priorities and strategy; and proactively and persuasively driving the communication of strategic issues and recommendations to senior leadership, and across and upward in the organization.
- Contributes to the development and execution of business strategy by: developing and implementing state-of-the-art strategic plans based on business case and expertise in several fields of health care marketplace; providing expert consultation on reputed company problem scoping and overseeing the processes and resources needed; communicating and presenting the best identified strategic option(s) to senior leadership based on reputed company problem scoping, external marketplace research, and analysis of organizational and external strategic approaches; providing expert consultation on challenging business goals and overseeing processes and resources needed to accomplish them; integrating critical knowledge across areas to inform strategic plan and intended outcomes; developing and implementing state-of-the-art strategies to mitigate highly reputed company or critical barriers, constraints, and risks to execution; and overseeing strategic direction in response to a changing environment. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly reputed company field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or reputed company field AND minimum nine (9) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly reputed company field OR minimum twelve (12) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly reputed company field.
