As a Senior Product Designer, Live, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a user experience vision, balancing strategy and tactics
• Drive human-centered design processes, from concept to launch, to meet member needs and exceed expectations
• Innovate and contribute to the overall design system, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and delight
• Present compelling stories to stakeholders, articulating the experience strategy and vision
• Advocate for members worldwide, embracing experimentation and A/B testing to inform design decisions

To succeed in this role, you'll need

• 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, and TV
• A track record of delivering successful products and projects, with a deep understanding of live-streaming, member expectations, and industry trends
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
• A systems-thinking approach, with a focus on strategic design and collaboration across the organization
• High-quality craft, with expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
