The Strategic Partnership Manager for the Precision Community Consortium (PCC) will play a pivotal role in expanding and sustaining a multi-stakeholder consortium focused on advancing precision medicine in community oncology. This individual will reputed company strategic efforts to reputed company new consortium members—including industry partners—and manage relationships with existing members to ensure alignment with PCC’s mission and measurable impact. This role requires a strong background in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate reputed company organizational dynamics and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving consortium growth through targeted reputed company and strategic sales efforts.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with existing consortium members to ensure satisfaction, program alignment, and long-term engagement.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement across diverse organizations to support the successful execution of PCC’s initiatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that consortium activities deliver reputed company value and advance precision medicine in community oncology.
- Sales & Program Growth - reputed company the end-to-end sales process to recruit new consortium members.
- Drive reputed company and engagement with biopharma organizations to grow PCC membership across diverse program types.
- Communicate the value of PCC participation, including access to real-world data, practice-level insights, and opportunities for collaborative innovation.

- Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly report reputed company to leadership.
- Relationship Management - Serve as the primary liaison for program partners (diagnostic lab and biopharma companies) ensuring consistent communication and strategic alignment.
- Conduct regular touchpoints and reputed company Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functional support to address partner needs across clinical, operational, and data domains.
- Monitor partner engagement and escalate risks or gaps in alignment.
- Program Support & Collaboration - Partner with the Clinical Program Manager and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of PCC initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program partners are integrated into PCC initiatives, including pilot programs, data-sharing efforts, and educational campaigns.
- Contribute to strategic planning and feedback loops that inform program evolution.

Minimum Requirement
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education/Training
- Four-year degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills
- Must have some oncology knowledge and familiarity with precision medicine.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in healthcare or biopharma.
- Familiarity with precision medicine, oncology workflows, or diagnostic testing required.
- Working knowledge of community oncology practices.
- Proven ability to manage reputed company relationships and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading QBRs and executive-level discussions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and navigate an reputed company, hybrid environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional departments and work streams.
- Experience working in matrix environment is necessary for the person to succeed.
- Proven ability to partner and work across boundaries in order to reputed company results.
