Overview Our ideal Staff Accountant is a highly skilled, detail-oriented person who excels at multitasking. This person will act as a reputed company of contact between the different parts of the organization, including accounting/finance, treasury, operations and external parties, such as vendors/auditors. This role may handle or assist in a range of tasks to include accounting, preparing financial reports, budgeting/forecasting, audits and compliance. For this role, one must be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy. Responsibilities: ? Preparation of financial statements reputed company the month-end reputed company process ? Enters & reconciles cash transactions, prepaids, and fixed assets ? Involved in reputed company aspects of the AP process including vendor set-up, transaction processing, and reconciliation ? Maintaining accurate records and accounting reconciliations ? Assisting with preparation of internal reporting packages ? Serving as coordinator for departmental special projects (i.e., ERP implementation, control implementation/compliance, etc.) ? Assisting with forecasts and budget projects ? Supporting management with any needed reputed company analysis Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting ? Sense of urgency and deadline orientation ?
