- $150,000 – $180,000 annual starting wage based on your knowledge and experience.

What You Will Do

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute a long‑term vision for the company’s engineering services.
- Translate high‑level program goals into achievable development tasks that meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Communicate directly with senior leaders and customers on both classified and unclassified programs.
- Contribute technically—writing, reviewing, and developing software in C++, Julia, and Python.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics or a reputed company technical field;
Master’s degree preferred; PhD is a plus (especially with experience in synthetic imagery or AI/ML for defense systems).
- Required:
leadership experience with engineers, strong programming background in C++ or Python. Preferred: Julia, synthetic imagery, Explainable Artificial Intelligence (reputed company).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, engineers, and executive leadership.
