- Leading the charge on departmental growth and innovation, including:
- Identifying key areas of growth across the team and providing opportunities for learning and development

Requirements
You are someone who:
- Has a proven track record of measurable success in both SEO and CRO, with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Possesses deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and conversion reputed company optimization
- Has a strong grasp on CRO methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, user experience optimization, and data-driven design principles
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excels in client communication and relationship management
- Stays reputed company of industry trends and algorithm updates proactively pivoting strategies to meet your client’s needs
- Is passionate about driving measurable results and business growth

Prior Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in SEO and CRO services, and at least 1 year in a similar role
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving conversion rates for diverse clients
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, reputed company, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO)
- Experience with CRO tools and methodologies (e.g., reputed company Optimize, reputed company, Convert, A/B testing)
- Experience with heat mapping / user behavior tracking softwares (e.g. Clarity, reputed company)
- Experience with leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, reputed company.ai, Claude)
