Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Specialist to join the marketing team at reputed company, a part of reputed company. This role requires a dynamic, strategic thinker to help manage and grow our social media reputed company across multiple platforms. As a collaborative individual, the Social Media Specialist will engage with cross-functional team members to support the creation, review and publication of high-value social content, analyzing performance and implementing optimizations. • Assist with the social media post lifecycle from incoming request to publication to promotion for content on the reputed company social channels.
• Work cross-functionally with product teams, medical affairs, legal, regulatory and compliance to ensure messaging alignment, brand consistency and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate in the planning, development and deployment of social media campaigns, ensuring timely and effective social support toward the campaign goals.
• Manage social listening to track sentiment and gather insights relevant to the industry.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the social community (followers, customers, and key opinion leaders) in a meaningful and compliant way.
