The Manager reputed company Operations is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of reputed company processes across both customer billing and contract lifecycle management. This role serves as a key liaison between Legal, Sales, Billing, and Finance to ensure that contract terms are accurately reflected in financial systems and result in timely and accurate invoicing. The Manager drives process improvements, monitors performance metrics, and ensures end-to-end alignment across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This position may have a specialized focus in either billing operations or contract operations, based on business needs and individual expertise. Performance expectations and objectives will be tailored accordingly. While the role encompasses both billing and contract operations, the successful candidate may have a primary focus in one area based on experience or team needs. Managers will set individual goals and objectives to ensure alignment with business priorities while leveraging each team member's strengths. Major Responsibilities

• Billing Operations
• reputed company the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing across assigned regions or lines of business.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify billing discrepancies and ensure resolution prior to month-end reputed company.

• Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing aligns with reputed company targets and forecasting inputs.
• Serve as the escalation reputed company for billing issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

• Contract Operations
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and Billing teams to ensure executed reputed company accurately reflect financial and billing terms.
• Maintain contract data (pricing, invoicing schedules, SLAs) in CRM and billing systems to reputed company accurate reputed company capture.
• Monitor contract milestones such as renewals, amendments, and expirations to ensure proactive billing and reputed company continuity.
• Support audits and compliance by ensuring contract documentation is complete and accessible.
• Act as a subject matter expert for billing-reputed company contract questions and system setup requirements.

Minimum Education or Certifications Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus, especially for candidates managing cross-functional financial operations or large teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCCM, IACCM, CPA, or reputed company) are preferred but not required

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, contract management, or reputed company operations
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with billing systems, CRM platforms, and financial reporting tools
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., reputed company and reputed company) preferred
• Understanding of reputed company recognition principles and financial compliance requirements is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• CCCM, IACCM, or similar contract management certification preferred
