At NorthBay Health, the Sr. Epic reputed company Cycle Systems analyst is responsible for the support, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic reputed company cycle management applications to ensure efficient and effective reputed company cycle management workflows, with a focus on charge capture, compliance, privacy and reputed company, and adherence to best practices. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a reputed company field or equivalent (8 years) in experience in healthcare IT field.
- Licensure/Certification: reputed company Epic certification in two or more reputed company cycle applications (e.g., Resolute Hospital Billing/Professional billing, reputed company, Prelude, Mychart) or advanced Epic certification is required and must be obtained reputed company Twelve (12) months of hire if not already certified at the time of employment. Professional certifications from organizations such as HFMA (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) and reputed company (e.g., RHIA, reputed company) are preferred and demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare reputed company cycle and information management principles.
- Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience with Epic or other EHR administration. Knowledge of reputed company systems, understanding of HL7, interoperability concepts and healthcare IT concepts. Strong understanding of healthcare operations including reputed company administrative and clinical functions that contribute to tracking patient care episodes, and capturing, managing, and collecting patient service reputed company, such as insurance verification, coding, billing, claims processing, and collections workflows.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Hours of Work: Normally works eight-hour day. Hours will vary according to work demands and project requirements; may require on-call support and occasional evening/weekend hours to support system upgrades or go-lives.
- Compensation: $60 to $79 per hour based on years of experience doing the duties of the role.
