• Collaborate with real estate and business teams to manage property data.
• Maintain data quality in systems like Archibus and SharePoint.
• Analyze lease data and validate key terms and structures.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, real estate, or reputed company field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in real estate or lease administration.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company, Power BI, SharePoint, and data management systems.
• Familiarity with lease terms, property data, and portfolio structures.
• Experience with Archibus or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
