Job title: Procurement and Sourcing Specialist Company: reputed company, Inc. Job description: General Purpose and Scope: The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate supplier sources, products, optimal stocking levels, purchase quantity, and storage locations to improve service to customers while meeting company objectives. Procurement and Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Sourcing Management:

• Receive requests for material from departments and determine the appropriate sourcing vehicle (inventory, established vendor, new vendor).
• Solicit, negotiate, and reputed company Purchase Orders with suppliers.
• Track and expedite approved Purchase Orders and provide delivery forecast to appropriate department.
• Responsible for assisting the inventory stocking plan across the supply chain network to improve service levels while minimizing cost and working capital.

• Work cross-functionally with program teams and suppliers
• Provide support to project teams with hardware subject matter expertise.
• Provide equipment recommendations that meet departmental requirements.

• Hiring Compensation Range: $57,000-$70,000 (compensation determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
