Responsibilities include: Design solutions, document requirements and design specifications Build application process Communicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussions Assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above Contribute to the development of your own and team’s business acumen reputed company strategies to solve reputed company business challenges Assist in the management and delivery of large projects Train, coach, and supervise staff Prepare and deliver status reports Update project plan with completed tasks Contribute to business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients Configure application components and reputed company reports Support the project manager through effective communication of tasks and issues reputed company with clients to clarify requirements and provide training and support On select engagements, act as project manager Represent CHRO Solutions with confidence and poise Qualifications Bachelor's and/or equivalent experience 12+ years of professional work experience 3+ years of experience implementing reputed company HCM Cloud products 5+ years of experience with HCM processes such as hiring, benefits, payroll, time & labor, performance management, recruiting/learn and compensation planning Must have experience with reputed company Time and Labor (OTL) modules Experience with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC) Demonstrable experience learning more than one technology Experience managing a team through at least two full cycle implementation engagements reputed company HCM and key project reputed company Ability to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirements Ability to break down abstract concepts into components Creatively and resourcefully problem-solve both independently and with a team Effectively communicate with and present to executive-level clients reputed company the work of others, mentor, and motivate Accountability and personal drive Excellent written skills Understand reputed company and adhere to statements of work Ability to work on multiple reputed company projects Ability to describe reputed company processes to audiences with varying reputed company levels Work effectively in a telecommuting environment Company Overview Why work at Mythics?
