Manager, Marketing Automation (Remote Eligible)

We are looking for someone to join the management team in Marketing Automation reputed company our reputed company Operations team. Your mission is to build, measure, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing automation using Marketo. Our Marketing Automation team is expanding and you will be the contact for important projects in addition to managing a team of marketing automation specialists. You will report to our Director, Marketing Automation and can be based in reputed company's corporate offices in Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA or US remote. You Will:

• Create and reputed company marketing automation strategy and team process
• Manage a team of Marketing Automation specialists who reputed company reputed company automated marketing campaigns with performance focus
• Be a subject matter expert in Marketo and connecting systems
• Take on major strategic projects involving multiple systems and cross-team partnerships
• Evaluate new tools and integrations for scalability and efficiency

You Have:

• 5+ years experience with email marketing and marketing automation in Marketo
• Experience using a CRM and database platforms, reputed company preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS development, APIs, and JavaScript
• Excellent metrics/analysis orientation - guide us with data
• Comfort presenting results and information to reputed company audiences, building relationships with colleagues, and cascading leadership strategy to direct reports and other team members
