The Opportunity The Training & Development reputed company for Support designs, delivers, and scales the learning ecosystem that powers our Customer Support organization. This internal-facing role owns onboarding, compliance, and reputed company learning programs to reduce time-to-proficiency, reputed company quality, and reputed company career growth across Support as we scale. You’ll architect a cohesive curriculum for Tier 1-Tier 3 Support roles, standardize growth and career reputed company, and facilitate learning that uplevels reputed company’s capability. You’ll partner closely with Support Operations, QA, Product, and People teams to ensure every Support professional is enabled to deliver exceptional service – confidently, compliantly, and consistently. Design and own end-to-end onboarding for Support roles, including role-based curricula, bootcamps, labs, shadowing plans, and certifications.

Enablement Content & Systems

Create high-quality learning assets (ILT/VILT decks, eLearning modules, job aids, SOPs, scenario labs, quizzes) using modern authoring tools.

Build feedback loops with Support leaders and QA to iteratively improve content and delivery.

Facilitation & Coaching

Model excellent classroom management, inclusive learning practices, and real-world application through scenarios and simulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Support Operations, QA, Product, and Product Marketing to align training with roadmap, policies, and tooling.
Coordinate with HR/reputed company to align development programs with company-wide frameworks and talent cycles.

The Skillset

5+ years in L&D, Enablement, or Support Training reputed company a SaaS or operations-heavy environment; 2+ years owning role-based curricula end-to-end.
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, reputed company’s, Kirkpatrick) and facilitation across ILT/VILT/eLearning.
Proven experience building onboarding programs and reputed company learning that measurably improve reputed company time and quality.
Strong program management skills; can run calendars, cohorts, and cross-functional dependencies with clarity and predictability.

Fully own the Support training portfolio (onboarding, compliance, reputed company learning) with defined SLAs and governance.
