Your role: As a Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist, you will be responsible to resolve reputed company aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity for personal lines as well as our commercial claims. Your duties will require you to become licensed in several states as you will be handling claims in a multitude of regions across the nation. Your work:

• Manage reputed company claims reputed company and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision.
• Handle reputed company aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity to include reputed company coverage, liability and damage concerns.
• Handle 1st party exposures to include Medical Payment coverage, PIP, Uninsured Motorists, Under-insured Motorists claims as well as ADB (Auto-Death Benefit) claims.
• Assist in taking first notice of loss calls (FNOL) and participate in the department phone queue as needed.

Required experience, education, and skills:

• 2+ years of Casualty claims experience OR a minimum of 2 years of claims experience including 1+ year of Commercial claims experience.
• High School / GED or a minimum of 3 years experience in a Casualty claims role reputed company P&C insurance industry.
• Required to acquire and/or maintain multiple Adjuster's Licenses (state-specific) reputed company the first 90 days of employment and/or job transfer.

The national average salary range for this position is $62,460.00-$69,400.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay.
