Vice President National Practice Leader
POSITION SUMMARY: Vice President, National Practice Leader. This individual will be responsible for providing proactive strategic leadership for the development and growth. A strong background in in leadership, developing sustainable business strategies, critical issue resolution, and creating new policies and procedures to drive quality, accuracy, and efficiency is required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of TRISTAR businesses, objectives, products and services. Help ensure that our messaging resonates with our clients and brokers and speaks to our casualty solutions
- Strong technical understanding of reputed company TRISTAR products and services and how they are best deployed for specific clients and/or carriers.

Minimum of ten years of successful TPA or other industry experience required. Knowledge of reputed company auto and general liability and property programs. Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
