THE POSITION: At Pediatric Home Service (PHS), our mission is simple: taking care of the child. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare compliance professional who excels in navigating reputed company regulations, strengthening organizational safeguards, and ensuring operational alignment with federal and state requirements. The VP of Compliance will reputed company key areas such as billing and reimbursement compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, privacy and data protection, regulatory readiness, and internal audit processes. This leader will partner closely with operational, financial, and executive teams to promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical practice across the organization.

- Serve as the primary liaison for compliance matters with the CAO, CEO, executive team, board, and external regulatory agencies.
- Investigate compliance concerns, respond to allegations of violations, and recommend corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 4–10 years of healthcare compliance, risk management, or clinical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy, and information reputed company standards.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, strategic planning, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret reputed company regulatory requirements and translate them into operational policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home healthcare, pediatric care, or infusion services.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards (ACHC, URAC, The Joint Commission).
- Experience leading compliance programs through organizational growth or transformation.
THE COMPANY Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube. SALARY RANGE: At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically reputed company children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you reputed company is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to reputed company members.
